DESCRIPTION:An exhibition that invites you to discover this manifestation o
 f popular culture through a critical look that highlights the gender repre
 sentations\, power relations and decolonial perspectives that are present 
 in it.\n\nThe exhibition has been created by Ònia Amenós\, Pau Cabré an
 d Laia Ventura\, under the supervision of Marina Navàs and Francesc Massi
 p\, and takes a journey through the history\, origins and evolution of spo
 ken dances\, addressing aspects such as the spectacle\, women and the fest
 ival\, the figure of the festive devil\, verses in the street and in the t
 own\, as well as the stages of rise and decline of these popular manifesta
 tions. In addition\, it includes a bibliographical exhibition dedicated to
  spoken dances and the different festive elements that are part of them.\n
 \nThe exhibition was inaugurated on 24&nbsp\;September at 6 pm and can be 
 visited at the CRAI campus Catalunya until 9&nbsp\;October.\n\nThis initia
 tive is part of the III International Congress of Spoken Dances. Spoken da
 nces from a gender and decolonial perspective\, which brings together spec
 ialists and researchers to reflect on these manifestations of popular cult
 ure.
